What does it take to be successful in your role?
To be 100% customer centric, which includes being knowledgeable of products and industry trends, but most importantly having the ability to listen to my customer’s needs and provide them with the products and services that align with their goals.

What do you find most rewarding about working at PAMS?
The people that I work with every day. PAMS has created a collaborative culture that is based on integrity and accountability, which gives us all a voice on how we function and grow as a company.

What (non-work) activity, pastime or hobby would you be doing if you weren’t in the office?
Playing volleyball on the beach.
