What is your role with the company?
My first four years at PAMS, I was an account executive covering the Central Valley, Reno and the NW ( Oregon and Washington) In April of 2016, I was promoted to Sales Manager.

What does it take to be successful in your role?
On a daily bases, to be successful in my roll, listening, coaching and guiding our sales team is key. I have to be able to adapt to each team member in order to get our team to be successful.
What do you find most rewarding about working at PAMS?
The wins! Not only personally but with the team. To see our newer account executives get excited about closing a sale.
What makes PAMS different?
The interaction between management and the sales team. There is an open door policy to each and every member of management.
What impresses you most about the company’s culture?
The honesty and respect everyone has for one another.
What (non-work) activity, pastime or hobby would you be doing if you weren’t in the office?
I enjoy being on the baseball field with my kids and traveling with my wife.
